Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has put a ban on the endorsement of a 75 million euro credit for COVID-19 Response contracted from the European Investment Bank by the Government of Ghana.
The Speaker says this will be set up until the Minister for Finance represents the use of assets supported such long ways for the government.
"The Ministry of Finance should give a record of all the monies that it has gotten for the administration of COVID-19. Solely after that will this house think about supporting or generally another credit."
He offered the comments in Parliament when the movement for the credit was postponed in the house.
Mr Bagbin likewise gathered the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, to represent all monies used during the pinnacle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
