The Jospong Group of Companies (JGC) won six (6) awards at the first Top National Brands Innovation Awards 2022, which recently finished.
At the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, RAD Communications Limited hosted a magazine launch and awards ceremony titled "Brands and the AFCFTA; Opportunities in Africa," which honoured the top 100 brands for their excellent contributions to the industry and national development.
Mr. Kweku Andoh Awotwi, Board Chairman, UBA Bank Ghana, praised the organisers and award recipients in his remarks, encouraging them to continue to succeed and portray Ghana in a favourable manner.
He also took advantage of the occasion to launch Africa Brand Focus Magazine.
The Executive Chairman of Jospong Group of Companies Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong wins Serial Enterprenuer of the Year, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Jospong Group of Companies, Sophia Kudjordji grasp the distinguished Awards- Brand Communications Personality of the Year while Zoomlion Ghana Limited won the very competitive Award- Brand of the Year.
Other Awards obtained were; Jospong Group of Companies and Zoomlion being recognised amongst Ghana's top 100 brand across sectors and Mr. Winston Tackie, Business News editor, Metro TV also being acknowledged amongst the top 10 Business Journalist in Ghana.
Mrs. Dora Yeboah-Boateng, Coordinating Chief Executive for Commercial and Allied Group, accepted the awards on behalf of Executive Chairman, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Zoomlion and Jospong Group of Companies, and was accompanied by Zoomlion Fleet and Supply Chain Coordinator, Major Samuel Dok (Rtd), Corporate Affairs Manager, Mr. Daniel Ohene Obeng, Compliance Manager, Mr. Prosper Ahey, Mrs. Felicia Amoateng Kittoe, Senior Communications Officer, Mrs.
Mrs. Dora Yeboah-Boateng, who accepted the prize, dedicated it to the Zoomlion team and the whole Jospong Organization of Companies workforce for their enthusiasm, devotion, and hard work, which has won the group such honours.
She congratulated the Jospong Group's Executive Chairman, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, management, and all of the great workers. She also conveyed her gratitude to the organisers for putting on such an illustrious event. She wrote, "Thank you and congrats to all recipients."
