Josef Newgarden broadens Iowa Speedway predominance for Penske with fourth win at track
NEWTON, Iowa — Josef Newgarden expanded the Team Penske predominance at Iowa Speedway, coming out on top in the primary race of an end of the week doubleheader Saturday for his fourth triumph at the briefest track on the IndyCar plan.
