Bayern CEO Kahn says Ronaldo doesn't accommodate club's 'theory'
Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn said on Wednesday that taking action for Cristiano Ronaldo in the exchange market wouldn't fit the club's "reasoning".
Manchester United striker Ronaldo purportedly needs to leave the club he rejoined last year, albeit new Red Devils chief Erik ten Hag has demanded the five-time Ballon d'Or victor isn't available to be purchased.
Ronaldo showed up back at Old Trafford on Tuesday in front of talks with Ten Hag over his future.
Be that as it may, Europe's top clubs, including Bayern, have not been rejecting for the Portuguese star's mark.
"We talked about this subject - - if not we wouldn't take care of our business appropriately," Kahn told German day to day Bild.
"By and by, I think Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best ever footballers.
"Yet, we arrived at the resolution that, in spite of the regard that we hold him in, he wouldn't have fitted our way of thinking right now."
The 37-year-old Ronaldo just has one year left on his agreement with United, however is allegedly frantic to play in the Champions League.
