Lionel Messi, the captain of Argentina, will make his Paris St. Germain debut following his suspension.
The first time since his unauthorized vacation to Saudi Arabia, Lionel Messi will start for Paris St. Germain on Saturday.
The trip came after PSG's home loss to Lorient on April 30. The club initially suspended the Argentine captain for two weeks.
The Ligue 1 leaders play AC Ajaccio on Saturday. They have lost three of their last four home games.
Messi will begin playing tomorrow, according to PSG boss Christophe Galtier.
"I spoke with him on Tuesday to find out how he was feeling, and I found him to be very focused on playing."
Messi apologized to his teammates last Friday for taking the unauthorized trip. Messi also serves as a tourism ambassador for Saudi Arabia.
After being left off the team for their 3-1 victory against Troyes the day before, the 35-year-old returned to practice on Monday.
Galtier continued, "He's really keen to take that title.
We'll need to change from what we did against Troyes now that he's on the team. Lee is Lee. I won't go into numbers, but while he's here, we have to find a new balance.
In Messi when his contract with PSG expires in the summer.
