Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara has praised the team's Pobiman Academy initiative, drawing comparisons to Al Ahly's well-known training facility.

The Ghana Premier League team has constructed a state-of-the-art sports complex that includes three football fields, training grounds, staff quarters, a mini stadium, basketball and volleyball courts, a gym, and a swimming pool.

Ouattara called the initiative one of the best in the world in an interview with Original FM.

Al Ahly's project and Hearts of Oak's project are the same. The Ivorian coach remarked, "I am not sure how many clubs have the facilities Hearts of Oak has at Pobiman."

He also underlined how important the Pobiman training complex is to making Hearts of Oak a household name in Ghana and throughout Africa.

Hearts of Oak aims to accomplish more than just football. Our goal is to establish Hearts of Oak as a significant brand in Ghana and throughout Africa," he continued.

On the field, Hearts of Oak defeated Berekum Chelsea 3-1 on Friday at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, regaining their winning ways.

Next weekend, the Phobians, who now have 22 points and are in fifth place in the league, will play the Accra Lions in Matchday 15.

According to Mohammed Kudus, "It is a symbol of traditional power" when it comes to an elephant stool celebration.

Mohammed Kudus, a player for West Ham, explained why he chose to celebrate his goal against Brighton on a traditionally made elephant seat.

Numerous players have imitated the West Ham star's well-known "taking a seat" celebration.

However, the former Ajax player took out the bespoke elephant stool to celebrate after scoring the equalizer against Brighton on Saturday afternoon at the London Olympic Stadium.

Kudus explained the celebration's concept, saying he had to do something unique to highlight Ghana, his home nation.

He declared, "The stool is from Ghana," following the match. "A lot of people are now imitating my celebration on the boards, so I wanted to do something to stand out and highlight Ghana," he continued.

"Back home in Ghana, the elephant is a symbol of traditional authority."

Kudus has now scored three goals and provided an assist in 12 Premier League games this season after just returning from a five-game suspension.
