Alot of people are suffering from Halitosis. Whether rich or poor, elite or illiterate.

Bad breath is caused by halitosis, which affects a large number of people. However, there are important and simple techniques to avoid halitosis.

First of all, it is our duty to ensure proper brushing of the teeth. The gum and jaw should not be left out. Not brushing the teeth correctly or  well breeds germs. Germs in the mouth produce a foul odor and allow bacteria to feed on food that has remained in the mouth called the Plaque buildup .

In addition, foul breath is caused by drinking and eating certain foods. Garlic, onions, coffee, and a variety of other foods are examples. These examples each have their own set of perks and drawbacks. When they enter the bloodstream, they make it difficult to expel them, resulting in bad breath.

 

People suffering from halitosis can also seek help from ttheir doctors, dentists or approavh any local chemist, These people have the ides and knowledge on how to curb such issue facing an individual.

Proper maintenance and hyiene of the teeth prevent halitosis.

Furthermore, flossing on a regular basis helps to avoid mouth odor, which can contribute to halitosis.

A person is suffering from  halitosis if  the tongue is covered in a white coating, especially at the back. The mouth  is parched,Buildup on the gums and teeth, Mucous or post-nasal drip, Bad breath and a stinging tongue in the morning, a continual need to clean your throat and thick saliva, a persistent sour, bitter metallic flavor. All this examples are symptons of halitosis.

Bacteria create a foul-smelling waste product when the tongue is not properly treated and maintained. This can result in a bad case of bad breath.

Lastly, high intake of alcohol and smoking causes halitosis or mouth odour.

In Conclusion, it is advisable to restain from all the activities elaborated above, to ensure proper growth and development in the system.
