They also asked to speak to the entire country on national television.

The Ghana Police Service has obtained an injunction against the planned rally from the Accra High Court after reviewing the requests.
"The Court granted an injunction to stop the organisers, their agents, assigns, and whomever is claiming via them from going on the armed protest as had been anticipated," the Police said in a statement on Friday after hearing the application.
In a statement on the subject, Kwesi Pratt slammed the FixtheCountry protestors for making "childish" demands.
He inquired as to what they planned to do with the guns and why they wanted to appear on national television.
"What do these folks want to do with their lives? That you put pen to paper or sit in front of the computer and compose a letter to the police stating that I will be coming on a protest with a pistol. What! Then there's war, or rather, a declaration of war. I'm at a loss for words. What was the letter's author thinking, after all? According to him, the group would not want to have firearms with them if they were not planning on using them.

Mr. Pratt believes the organization is undermining the demonstration's spirit.
