LAST night the transfer deadline slammed shut for teams in England.

However, players who are not attached to a club remain available to join whoever they please.

And there is a stunning array of talent available for nothing on the free agency market.

Some of them include names Premier League fans will be intimately familiar with.

There are also dozens more hugely talented stars currently without a club.

From that talent we have managed to find a starting XI of some of the most noteworthy stars worth almost £80million.

Two of the league's biggest stars of last season, ex-Fulham winger Willian and ex-Liverpool defender Joel Matip are both currently without a club.

Former Manchester United star Anthony Martial is also without a club, while he is also joined by a familiar face in former United team-mate Memphis Depay, who has been linked with a stunning transfer to Rayo Vallecano.

Ex-Nottingham Forest duo Serge Aurier and Keylor Navas are both without employers too, with the latter's former Real Madrid team-mate Sergio Ramos also searching for his next club.

Fellow veteran defender Mats Hummels is also looking for a new club after leaving Borussia Dortmund last season.

Euro 2024 Adrien Rabiot has an astonishing market value of £30million but is without a club after leaving Paris Saint-Germain.

In our free agent XI, we have partnered him with Dele Alli.

The ex-England international is currently training with Everton to keep up his fitness but is without a club after his contract with the Toffees expired last season.

Up front, we have selected former Sevilla ace Wissam Ben Yedder.

This starting XI of stars has an incredible market value of nearly £78m.

Indeed, there is so much talent out there that we have made a second XI with even more notable names.

Our alternative XI features ex-Liverpool and Newcastle goalkeeper Loris Karius in goal.

Ahead of him, we have selected John Egan, Cheikhou Kouyaté and Patrick van Aanholt to line the defence, while Brandom Williams and Victor Moses play at wing-back.

Ex-Arsenal star Francis Coquelin is joined by Etienne Capoue and Steven Alzate in midfield.

Leading the line we have Andre Ayew and Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting, who was let go by Bayern Munich over the summer.
